Allevio Patient Navigator app for iPhone and iPad

The Allevio Patient Journey app helps Allevio Pain Management patients be informed, connected and in better control of their care. By using this app, patients can easily find all the information needed about their appointments and reminders on their mobile device. They can also get reminders of upcoming appointments and confirm, reschedule or cancel when needed.

- See all your Allevio doctor’s appointments in one place
- Check the booking status of your appointments
- Access the details of each appointment including schedule, treatment description (with information video where available), any appointment preparations needed, see specialist you are meeting, and link to a video call (only for virtual appointments).
- Receive notifications when you have new appointments, need to confirm your appointment or learn when your existing appointments are updated.
- Receive reminders of your upcoming appointments and confirm your attendance for, reschedule, or cancel them with a few taps.
- See all previous appointment-related notifications
